Graduate Diversity Recruitment; Summer Research Program
Supports Associate Dean, and Assistant Dean of Diversity and Inclusion; supports grad aid policy & procedure; coordinates events; supports the Summer Research Program(s); manages financial transactions; surveys; and website.
GUS finances and funding commitments; Dean's Office-owned endowed fellowships; quarterly reports and reminders
Graduate financial policy, graduate aid systems (GFS and GFPS), multi-year student budgeting, and graduate aid reporting; University academic systems collaborating with various campus offices on systems enhancements and advocating for changes to better meet the needs of faculty, staff, and students.
Leads efforts in student diversity, inclusion, and equity through recruiting, retaining, and supporting a diverse student body, particularly at the graduate student level.
Curricular Review; Academic Accreditation including WASC; Student Services Staff Training and Department Resource
Facilitate day to day operations and work on special projects as assigned by the GUS team.
